Located just south of Camp Lejeune, the Bogue Banks, and the Outer Banks, Topsail Island is a 26-mile barrier island situated just off the coast of southern North Carolina.
The island includes the communities of North Topsail Beach, Surf City, and Topsail Beach.

Southern Shores
Kitty Hawk
Kill Devil Hills
Nags Head
Manteo
Wanchese
Pea Island
Rodanthe
Waves
Salvo
Avon

Hatteras Village
and Ocracoke Island.
Anything south of Ocracoke Island is considered to NOT be part of the Outer Banks.
