Located in the Outer Banks Mall in Nags Head, NC, Grits Grill is an old-fashioned diner tradition for many perennial vacationers to North Carolina's beloved barrier islands.

This is hands down one of the best places in Nags Head for breakfast. Regulars come for the shrimp and grits, breakfast wraps, homemade biscuits, specialty omelets, french toast, pancakes, burgers, sandwiches, soups, and salads.

Nothing too fancy here, just good food, friendly service and reasonable prices. An excellent way to get your day of vacation started right. Fill your stomach before heading to the beach for the day!

The decor is all themed, like an old-fashioned diner. Enjoy your meal on a stool at the counter, or demolish a large stack of pancakes in one of the spacious booths.

Open for breakfast and lunch (6:00 am until 2:00 pm) daily. Breakfast is served all day long! Yup, eggs, and bacon, even at night!
